The beautiful truth about why you exist …

Imagine walking into a gallery where every masterpiece points to one artist’s brilliance. Each brushstroke, each color choice whispers the same story: This was made for the artist’s glory. Now, consider this — what if your life is part of that gallery?

Proverbs 16:4a tells us, “The Lord has made everything for his own purposes …” Not some things. Not only the majestic mountains or the endless galaxies. Everything. That includes you. Colossians 1:16b confirms, “… Everything was created through him and for him.”

But here’s the thing: we rarely live like this is true. Most days, we forget we’re part of a larger story. Instead, we live as though we’re self-made, self-sustained, and self-determined. Yet Acts 17:28a reminds us, “For in him we live and move and exist …”

This isn’t about diminishing your worth, it’s about rediscovering it. You weren’t made to be the center of the story; you were made for something far more extraordinary: to glorify the One who created you.

So the question isn’t just, “Why am I here?” It’s this: “What happens when I live as though I truly belong to Him?”
